| Becoming an ‘all shall prosper’ business
Over a decade ago a few articles began appearing in academic journals that speculated western civilisation might be in terminal decline. More recently, at the first conference of the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship (ARC), many speakers argued that western civilisation is doomed unless there is a concerted effort to ‘tell a different story.’ That different story involves Kingdom Initiatives and the ancient story of the sheep nation which goes all the way back to King Solomon. In this presentation, Rod St Hill will review the All Shall Prosper conference held in early October, how it is related the ARC and how every business represented at this breakfast can be an ‘all shall prosper’ business.
Dr Rod St Hill
Rod St Hill, ‘The Business Pastor’, is an ordained minister with Australian Christian Churches. He pastors IgniteLife Church where he leads IgniteLife Business, a ministry supporting people in business. He is Emeritus Professor at Leaders Institute and teaches economics and management part-time at Leaders Institute and Alphacrucis University College. Rod chairs the board of City Impact Ltd and is a director of three Christian schools, COS International and Vision Christian Media. He is actively engaged in the Kingdom Initiatives and Business As Mission movements. Rod is a happy husband, father, father-in-law and ‘poppa.’ He doesn’t have much free time but is interested in gardening, cooking and vintage machinery of all kinds.
